How
do I sign up for a Project LAUNCH University tour
of cultural activity?
Sign Up:
Call or visit the Project LAUNCH Office and add
your name & Ph. # to the activity roster.
A $5.00 (refundable deposit) is required for all
activities. (An event "No Show" will forfeit
your deposit)
* All Project LAUNCH activities
will be advertised in the monthly newsletters (LAUNCH
Pad)
Process:
Project LAUNCH will send a confirmation letter outlining
the date, time, and location of the event.
All confirmed participants will receive a reminder
phone call at least 2 days prior to the event.
* If you have not received
a confirmation, please contact the Project LAUNCH
Office.
Waiting List:
In the event of a full trip, a waiting list will
be established.
Individuals on the waiting list are required to
pay a $5.00 deposit and will be notified as space
becomes available.
* Individuals on the waiting
list can also show up the day of the event for possible
no shows.
