Project LAUNCH at Long Beach City College is a student support services program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The program identifies and provides support services at no charge to eligible students.

| Who is Eligible |
| |
Students must be enrolled in at least 9 units at LBCC and be U.S. citizens or permanent resident. In addition, students must meet one or a combination of the following criteria:
- First generation college student (parents did not receive baccalaureate degree)
- Low-income students (as established by the U.S. Census Bureau)
- Learning or physically disabled students
- Ability to participate in program activities
